Our story began in 2014 as a small company with a big dream. So where did we go? The center of the United States, Belle Fourche, SD.

The days of ramen just being for college students are over. We embrace everyone in the ramen universe! We give you the fuel from the plants and the sun. Our noodle-obsessed engineers and chefs turn it into an easy on-the-go meal at an affordable price.
