Ramen Granola

  • 2 (3-oz) pkg. instant ramen noodles (seasoning pack discarded)

  • 1 cup granola of choice

  • ½ cup sliced almonds

  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • ¼ cup butter (melted)

  • ½ cup honey

  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon


Step by Step

Do you like granola bars… but also want some RAMEN?
It’s sweet… it’s salty ~ and a little bit crunchy!

 

Get your oven ready for the sweet goodness! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While waiting, line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Grab the ramen! Coarsely crush ramen noodles in unopened packages. Open packages and pour noodles into a large bowl; take the seasoning packet out and set aside. Add granola, almonds and dried cranberries.

Now… time for the sweet stuff. Combine butter, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Drizzle butter mixture over ramen mixture; toss to combine.

You’re almost done! Spread the ramen mixture evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Break granola into large pieces. And… ENJOY!
